cellmass?

hey i have been taking cellmass for about a week now and the bottle says on trainning days to take right after your workout and then 6-8 hours after your workout.. my question is can you take at like 4.5 or 5 hours after because i get done working out at 530 so i take my first dose at 530 and would like to take it at like 10 30 11 before i go to bed.. i have tried waking up later in the night to take it but i can never get to slleep after and allways feel sick...

I think taking it before bed would suffice.

I also had this problem. I just took my first does in the morning, and then I took one does after I worked out. it will not affect you any different

I actually got good results from cellmass just taking it once a day.

why take it twice n the first place? i mean aside from "becuase thats what the label says" whats cellmass' theory?


PS: i love the artic berry , tastes great! and imho, its pretty effective, especially the recovery part

The idea, as far as I know, is to take it PWO so it's absorbed fully, and then at night when your body is in "recovery" mode. Sonny mentioned 1 dose was enough and though I've never done it, I could see that being effective.
