gaining too much weight with protein powder

I was using ON whey for like 2 months and I gained 15 lbs of muscle. I only took it after BJJ, I never lifted weights or anything. I don't want to gain weight at all, muscle or fat. What do you guys take after workouts to feed your body and not get so big. I have since stopped BJJ, no money but have taken up boxing, its free. I now just eat a small meal with orange juice and am liking the results.

Why don't you want to gain muscle mass?

is 15 lbs of muscle in 2 months a sustainable rate of muscle mass gain?

15 pounds of muscle in 2 months is pretty much impossible.

What were you taking your shakes with?

If you mix it with water and take it as a meal replacement, I don't see how it could make you gain weight. Especially 15 lbs of muscle....

Were they fortified with horse hormones?

So do you recommend that I stop lifting weights and just drink ON whey protein powder to GFH? Or were you confusing that with steroids?

Just about any stick-figure is easily capable of it, actually. Its probably feasable without even a good routine. Hell I gained 15 lbs in a month just by eating a ton and doing a few hundred pushups a day. When you are already underweight and have extremely low body fat it is easy to build..

I had a similar experience...now i stopped, bc i dont want any growth in length OR girth. Now I just have a small meal with orange juice and I am liking the results.
