basic weight gaining supplements? newbie questions

hey guys, im fairly new to supplements in general. im about 6'0 and 140-145lbs and i workout fairly often, with atleast an hour a day, as well as train grappling a few days a week at my gym.

besides eating as much and as balanced as i can, and drinking alot of water, i drink a whey protein shake once in a while or drink a 'boost plus' ( Product Detail (BOOST Plus ® ) - Novartis Medical Nutrition U.S. , is this even a supplement or just a meal?) to try to bulk up. is there any preferable time i drink the boost drink or whey protein during the day? pre/post workout?

i've heard alot of good things about multivitamins, 'green' vitamins, fish oil, creatine etc. and was wondering whats right for me and what type/brand is more prefered. i don't eat my fruit and veggies as often as i should so what would be a good substitute supplement? i don't wanna start taking a crap load of pills everyday, i just wanna get get the basics down

how often should i consume the whey protein shakes and supplements and at what time should i take them? what should i take or eat pre workout, post workout, or daily in general to bulk up and energy?

i don't lifts weights much besides the occasional bench press or shoulder press. i focus my routine on cardio and endurance training like running, pushups, pullups, burpees, jumprope, aerobic core exercises etc... can i still gainweight while doing this or do i need to lift heavy weight to get bigger? what strength exercises can help me bulk up and improve my grappling strength?

is going into the sauna ideal for me or should i avoid it in order to not lose water weight? personally i enjoy the sauna but im not sure if it is beneficial or not.

all comments/input welcome
