KKabuki...question about GNC +50 vitamins

Title says it all...it's for my folks.

I just remember you saying once that the GNC Multi Mega Sport is actually inferior to the regular Multi, so was wondering whether the Men and Womens 50+ (age) are any good.

Thanks.

I don't think they're inferior per se, it's just that your paying extra cash for a small amount of amino acids that they added to the sport brand.

The GNC Ultra Greens Multi seems to be a pretty good bet amongst the guys here.

The Sport is inferior. Not only is it an insignifcant amount of aminos, but they removed the anti-oxidant blend which is one of the best attributes of the Multi's.

The 50+ versions however, are pretty solid.

*sigh*Even ON, which I consider to be one of the more respectable supplement companys, is putting aminos in theirs multis now.

I really want to say here that my father is taking some acetyl-l carnitine supplement, or something, and she feels even better than I do… he was a boxer in his early times, and he can’t quit going to the training place, and exercise sometimes with the younger guys there. LOL

That'll need some clarification.
