I'm a pretty little fella to be fighting at 5'5'' 129lbs, so I've been hittin the weights hard as hell and taking vitamins and eating tons of beef and wheat. I am gaining weight, about nine pounds of muscle in the past few months, but I really want a better way than two large roast beef sandwiches a day. All I need to know is what's junk and what really works in the way of what keep my ****bolism steady and my muscles fed. Any comments are appreciated and there's no such thing as too much info for me.
