I get my ass kicked at Ju-Jitsu class, and then I walk funny because I am sore.

I don't know.

I don't even think the flintstone multivitamins are even FDA approved.

I've just started taking TKE Joint Boost for my BJJ pains. My left knee is starting to act up so I may need to see a doctor but I'm going to give the TKE a couple weeks.

Right shoulder, both elbows and right ankle from juijitsu. The shoulder is from gymnastics, but fighting sometimes aggrivates it.

I'll try it, and give as much of an objective opinion as possible. Assuming that is what you are looking for ;)

I have tendonitis in my elbows. I tried everything but the only thing that seemed to help is Hyaluronic Acid. It is a product called Synthovial Seven. Now I started taking this and at the same time stoped working out and BJJ. My eblows feel much better but I am not sure if it has anything to do with HA, or due to the time off and just resting my elbows. It has been a little over 3 weeks now.
