Joint and Cartilage Supplements

I got a couple issues with certain joints, my knee (MCL) and right rotator cuff in particular. I had been getting through my training sessions with little trouble but lately the problems have been mounting. Ive never taken supplements in the past but now that im allittle older the wear and tear is alot more apparent.

What are your suggestions for decent supplements for joint recovery, etc.

This tread may have been posted numerous times, but im new to this forum so bear with me.

What he said, but I'll be nice.

Start with a hearty dose (actually, several doses) of fish oil every day. Between lifting, cardio, and two different grappling martial arts, I gotta at least partially credit fish oil for my overall joint health.

Without question the best thing out there for joints in Hyaluronic Acid. Glucosamine,Chondrotioin,Msm, EFA's all work, but the HA is the one product you will continue to buy. It flat out works. I've had cortisol shots, everything you could imagine, but nothing works like hyaluronic adic.

I heard that fish oil works real good for your joints. Check out Nutrition Express.
