cut out all caffeine....sodas, coffee, energy drinks, supplements, all of it....even morning caffeine....and you should fall asleep faster and wake more refreshed....not enough people give this a try and would be amazed at how much better they feel within a couple of weeks...
Not really, please don't post misinformation.

"If a person is sensitive to caffeine"...that's the key phrase. But you obviously didn't read the thread because there are two kinds of insomnia traditionally barring chemical imbalance. Overthinking (which has nothing to do with caffeine)...and problems relaxing physically (which could be affected by caffeine). Problem is you posted your statement as if it would pertain to everyone, which it won't. You also said to get off of supplements, which wouldn't have much to do with it either. Furthermore, you should probably read research yourself, specifically the symptoms of caffeine withdrawal.

Interesting. It looks to be a combo of theanine and valerian root. That just might work quite well for some people.

Try that.

So anyone that disagrees with you is a troll? I base my opinions on research and facts...not hearsay. Do a simple Google search and you will see that caffeine is indeed a diuretic.
