I don't see the point in worrying about it. Everyone here has said its under dosed and over priced much like Muscle tech. But hell its from Chuck so it must be good?

Both products are proprietart blends of less than 2g. That means that the total combination of each ingredient in the blend totals <2g. A lot of the ingredients are good, but consider that some of the ingredients like creatine and beta-alanine require several grams each to be effective. A blend of what's in these products may be good, but a single effective dose may need to be 10-20g, not 2g. I'm throwing the numbers out there to make a point, not to be exact. If you want to know what the effective dose of each ingredient is, do the research.

You can get most of the actual good ingredients for less money and at a higher dose. 500g of creatine runs ~$10-15 for example.

why would you take nutrition advice from someone with a gut? While you're at it maybe you should get Travis Lutter's cardio conditioning book, the unabridged and expanded edition at 1 page long.

Would be in bad taste to suggest the companion book by Kalib Starnes book on mental toughness?

how the hell is that fighter bashing when it's true? I'm a liddell fan but everyone knows he has a gut. Just like everyone knows Lutter doesn't have cardio. It's the same thing as me saying Lutter fought Franklin at middleweight; both are well known facts.
