If constant hunger is the issue, just start eating calorically sparse veggies. For example, 3-3.5 ounces of spinach makes a pretty filling salad, and the leaves will only have 20-30 calories (and a whole lot of micronutrients on top of it).

You can make a homemade olive oil based dressing for some good fat calories, or if the extra calories are a concern, just toss some lemon juice and salt on the leaves.

Edit: Peanut butter, on the other hand, is calorically dense. You get a lot of calories from peanut butter without taking up a whole hell of a lot of room in your stomach.

Alright thanks for the good idea's. I'll start weighing, and marking what I eat for a week.

Once I get some results I'll make a thread, and we'll go from there.
