I Need Some Dieting Help.
Okay boys, I'm not newb. I train MMA, Muaythai, and BJJ.
Before this I've had 6yrs of boxing, 1yr of wrestling, and some Karate (when I was real young)
I'm 17 years old, 185. I train 5days a week, sometimes 6. I wanna drop to 165-175 walking weight, but I'm always HUNGRY. It's like I permanately got the munchies, I can eat like a machine, but all the fucking time, I think the only reason I'm not 400lbs is because I train so much lol.
and it's not like super unhealthy food, like its usually.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, Boiled Eggs and some Whole wheat bread not buttered. Orange Juice, or Water.
Snack: Banana, or Apple.
Lunch: P&J Sandwhich. Juice or Water
Snack: Bannana or Apple, sometimes OCCASIONALLY Popcorn, or something.
Supper: Some kind of meat, veggies, potatoes, rice, etc.
Now this is my usual meals, but I eat more then that, I eat HUGE PORTIONS. I also snack a little more then that.
Whats the best way to curve my appetite without starving my body?
