i have 3 weeks

3 weeks to gain as much weight as i can..right now i'm at 154 lbs, and before i start school i want this to be a challenge

my ****bolism is fast and i just bought pro complex (60 g of protein)...any other suggestions/advice/tips how i can gain weight in 3 weeks? thanks, my goal is to reach 165-170 lbs.

I would start with reading the FAQ.

My other advice would be eat a lot, eat clean, and lift heavy. I doubt you'll be able to put on 15 pounds of muscle mass in three weeks but I don't think 6-8 is out of the ordinary.

i put on 15 pounds in SIX weeks, and i was told that was really good - so i doubt you'll reach that in half the time.

1 lb of muscle is more than you think it is, both in terms of looks and in terms of strength. Don't be disappointed with around 5 lbs, you'll see a huge difference if you gain it right.

Ain't gonna happen. Even if it did, over 60% of that will be fat or water in that time frame.

yup, i gained a lot of weight real fast but it was mostly water. over time i stayed about the same weight but noticed muscle gain (as water level was depleting).

just out of curiosity, why do you just have 3 weeks to do so? why didnt you try sooner? i'm guilty of this sometimes but realistically, if i'm going on vacation or something where i know i should be heavier or bigger, i think about it 2-3 months in advance

simple, train heavy and eat big and like the post said earlier, squats and milk
