just out of curiosity, why do you just have 3 weeks to do so? why didnt you try sooner? i'm guilty of this sometimes but realistically, if i'm going on vacation or something where i know i should be heavier or bigger, i think about it 2-3 months in advance
simple, train heavy and eat big and like the post said earlier, squats and milk
