If your taking 1630 cals out of 2000 total cals over lunch that isn't good. Your blood sugar levels will be low the rest of the day and you will feel a lot hungrier than if you did something like this:
Breakfast: 7:00AM
Snack 1: 10:00AM
Lunch: 12:00PM
Snack 2 2:30PM
Supper 5:30PM
Snack 3 7:30PM

Total Calories = 2000
Some people say you don't need it, but if I were you, I would also incorporate a multivitamin into your diet.
Losing weight is not rocket science. You should have no problems reaching 200-lbs by August as long as you stay on the diet.
