From bodybuilding.com try Exceed made by designer supplements it's basicaly the same product for alot less also SNS makes a comparable product also. they are the best value for your money. Your better off joining the forum on bodybuilding.com for supplement advice.

Not really. Studies of sedentary rats administered steroids showed significant gains, w/ 100% more muscle mass compared to placebo.
