BEST SUPPLEMENT for extensive Muay Thai sessions

Ok..i did a couple of searches, can't find anything, which is surprising to say the least.

I'm looking for some advice on what supplements will help me get through some gruelling MT training sessions. I'm drinking tons of water, about a gallon a day (i weigh 180 lbs), but as i hit the 4th and 5th round of pads, my body just starts to shut down. Not literally, but I have no power in my punches, my coordination is off, and I'm gaspin for air in the 30 sec rests. Any suggestions on sups. that will help with the above "syptoms"?

Right now I've got this creatine, that I'm trying for the first time, called Pump Fuel, by PMD.

Ingredients: Kre-alkalyn, CEE HCL, Creatine AKG, Creatine Pyruvate, Tri-creatine Citrate.
(totale 5gm of creatine)
L-arginine, Alpha-Ketogluterate, L-glutamine, L-glutamine peptide, etc
(total 4 gm NO boost)
Ginko Biloba, Ginsing, L-tyrosine (1 gm total for "mental focus")
Flaxseed oil, Safflower oil, Borage oil, sunflower oil (1gm total)
PLUS 100 mg of Caffeine Anhydrus

Any other ideas/suggestions?

Supplement wise alot of people on here claim good results from NO-Xplode but I haven't personally used it.

Other than that, there aren't really any supplements that are going to help too much. It sounds like a cardio problem. Make sure that your diet is in order (post it if you can) and on your non-MT days do some hard cardio work (lots of interval sprints and some distance running as well). Those things will help you out as will just pushing through the MT sessions.

Diet is pretty sound.

Low Gi carbs, good quality protein from fish, hemp, chicken breast, lottsa veggies.

You're probably right about the cardio, i should start hitting the paths/treads more. I've been ignoring them a bit lately.

Thanx.

I wouldn't go hard on the creatine until your in good shape (ie can go mental on the pads for 3-4 rounds which is no mean feat).

Get something like accelerade. Basically a carb:protein blend

Ya... like i said the first 3 rounds aren't too bad. The fourth is usually alot of teeps, high round kicks and knees. I start to drain near the end. Then the fourth round rest I don't recover to well, and the fifth round is pretty much all out 4-6 punch combos with double and triple round kicks.

I guess I just gotta work though it, stay consistent and take it from there.

ok, this is what used to work for me. i'd wake up, drink a weight gain shake...basically high protein and high carbs. in addition, i'd take a fat burner/energy pill that had about 200-250mg of caffeine. the pills i took were BLACK JAX by stacker 2, they're these evil looking black capsules. doing this about an hour before the workout enabled me to never gas out during pad/bag work
