Herbs (no drugs!)

I would like to recieve some tips on herbs that takes the edge off, and make you less stressed.
A kind of sleepy drousy kind of effect!
So, they have to be legal, so no narcotics! I'm putting together a new kind of training for a fighter I have great expectations on..

So, which herb is the herb for me? or natural medicins..

Fermented barley and hops. For the real hard days get some grain from scotland and ferment/distill that. All natural baby.

kava kava has a relaxing effect...not like smoking some good herb, but a half-decent substitute nonetheless

I think wine is best for winding down.

I like beer more for BBQs and afternoon.

Sigh, I miss drinking.

Be careful with Kava Kava – it is known to be very hard on the liver. My advice would be to skip herbs – they are not tested for safety like drugs and can interact with medications. Just because it is natural does not mean that it is safe. Tobacco, poison mushrooms, arsenic… all natural things that can kill you. If someone experiences a lot of anxiety a doctor can help.

^ ya, the kava isn't that good, and definitely not worth f'kin your liver up for...but then again, Tylenol has been shown to tear your liver up, too, so I think a lot of pills/drugs are generally bad for the liver...which is important to protect, especially from the dreaded LIVER SHOT!

cannibus - it's legal here, with a doctor's prescription (which isn't hard to get)
