Help on necessities
Alright, I am a 140 lb. fighter that trains in combat ju-jujitsu 5 days a week for 2 hours and I am just starting out in lifting again 4 days a week. Now the only thing i still am not sure on is the whole eating deal (only being 16) I havent been that serious until now. I'm just wondering what you guys would recommend as essentials for training like that and what to eat throughout the day. I.E. Vitamins, supplements, and recommended snacks and flat out meals. I have done research and I use what I like but I cannot find any info on variety on foods.
