Help Critique My Diet and Supps!

Alright guys, just need some feedback on my diet and supplements I use. I have no real goals right now besides just getting into the best basic shape I can. I weight 145 and Im 5 foot 6. Mainly just looking for fat loss and muscle gain.

Morning supps:
GNC Mega Men Multi Vitamin (will switch to Green version)
Serving Greens+ (and once again later in day)
Fish oil (and with every meal besides tuna)
Glucosamine

Breakfast:
Either:
Serving of Muscle Milk and a Cup of Flax Granola
or
Protein Bar on the go (as of now eating ****bolic Drive bars that came for free with my T-Nation order)

Brunch:
Can of chunk light tuna in water with one cup of spinach and one teaspoon of light Miraclewhip

Lunch:
Have to eat meal on lunch break from work, usually head over to the Japanese restaurant next door and either get Teriyaki chicken and mixed veggies or a spicy Tuna sushi roll.

Preworkout: No-Xlpode with a little bit of extra creatine added

After lunch and work I go work out for two hours, cardio and weights

Post work out: Biotest Surge protein

After I come home for the protein I run to Jiu Jitsu practice

Post jiu jitsu: Two meals I usually eat are
Lean Chicken, turkey, or beef with a spinach salad
or
Flax granola with milk and mixed berries

Before bed supps:
ZMA
Fish oil

This is basically my diet everyday. Im not sure what to do about my fruit intake, I dont really eat that much of it, but Im worried about the sugar content often. Anything else you guys see?

Are some of those meals spread in between breakfast, lunch and dinner? If they are I think your diet looks fine. You want to make sure to eat about every three hours to keep your ****bolism going.

Yeah I time every meal to be inbetween two and a half and three hours apart for those reasons. Also drink a gallon of water a day, but even that feels inadequate now after I saw the Jorge Gurgel interview where he drinks 2 gallons a day haha

I would take the creatine (3-5g) post workout (lifting) to maximise recovery. You should eat vegetables with every meal (even if you are taking greens powder). Otherwise, your diet looks pretty good.

The diet looks solid: Protein and a veggie at each meal (except breakfast but it's tougher getting veggies in there on the run), carbs post workout/BJJ, food every 3 hours or so.

Personally, I would probably want a piece of fruit or something after the Surge and before BJJ but that's just me. Some people can't handle food before training. Otherwise it looks good, just adjust your calories to gain or lose weight depending on how things are going.

Yeah fruit before training wouldnt be a bad idea, any many reason though? Maybe just to get something in your stomach thats actual food?

I'm just thinking that the surge will be absorbed pretty quickly, so it would be good to get some slower absorbing carbs in there pre training but something still light. So fruit seems like choice that would meet both of those needs.

Aggreed.

I've been eating a small amount(less than one handful) of raisins and almonds between sprint sessions and pad rounds, along with my 2:1 carb:protien drink. Seems to help a bit.
