Protein plus ?????

I am currently only taking 100% whey protein as a supplement.

If I was to start taking only one additional supplement what should it be? no-explode?, GNC creatine?, the stuff Coture endorses?

My goal is to build muscle mass, get bigger.

Any suggestions?

The combo that is working for me is NO2, ON Whey protein, CE2 (creatine) and glutamine. I know you said only one extra sup but I started out at 158lbs about 8 months ago and now I am up to 183lbs. If nothing else, eat small healthy meals more frequently throughout the day. Looking fwd to hearing from others on this as well...

I've had great results with Protein and Cellmass. ALthough I am also taking NO-explode.

Creatine. But make sure it isn't just pure creatine. Get the stuff that makes it like a juice for transport etc.

Of course you should be taking a multivitamin also, add glutamine if you can.
