The combo that is working for me is NO2, ON Whey protein, CE2 (creatine) and glutamine. I know you said only one extra sup but I started out at 158lbs about 8 months ago and now I am up to 183lbs. If nothing else, eat small healthy meals more frequently throughout the day. Looking fwd to hearing from others on this as well...
