Grasses and health?

Im looking for a greens supplement and found Light force(used by Couture). I noticed the ingredients list

A Proprietary Blend of: Kamut Powder Green, Barley Grass, Lemon Grass Powder, Shavegrass Herb-Horsetail Powder, Wheat Grass Powder, Alfalfa Leaf Powder, Dandelion Leaf Powder, Billberry Leaf Powder, Walnut Black Leaf Powder, Blackberry Leaf, Plantain Leaf Powder, Red Raspberry Leaf Powder, Blueberry Powder, Boldo Leaf Powder, Goldenseal Herb Powder, Papaya Leaf Powder, Strawberry Leaf Powder, White Willow Leaf, Slippery Elm Bark Powder, Marshmallow Root, Pau'D Arco Bark, Corn Silk Powder, Rosemary Powder, Betatene 7.5%, Rose Hips Powder, Echinacea Purpurea Herb Powder, Couch Grass Powder (Dog Grass), Meadowsweet Herb Powder, Aloe Vera Powder 200X, Oat Straw Powder, Soy Sprout Granules, Kale Leaf Powder, Spinach Leaf Powder, Okra Powder, Cabbage Leaf Powder, Celery Stalk & Leaf Powder, Parsley Leaf, (Turmeric), Tomato Fruit Powder, Peppermint Leaf Powder, Spearmint Leaf Powder, Wintergreen Leaf Powder, Sage Leaf, Thyme Leaf Powder, Rosemary Leaf Powder

Excuse my ignorance but most of those ingredients listed contain either grasses or leaf powders that ive never heard before. Is it even normal for human beings to eat grasses? And wouldn't the non-grass/leaf powder alternatives be a better option?

Why barley grass over barley?
Why parsley leaves over simple parsley?
Why wheat grass over wheat foods?
Why raspberry leaves over Rasperberry(the berry).
Why all these grasses and leaves? And why do they list Rosemerry powder and Rosemerry leaf powder? Arnt they the same thing?

You can freeze dry raspberries and turn them into a powder for a supplement. So why did they choose Raspberry leaves over Raspberries? Are there some hidden benefits or is it due to costs? And then there are things like Couch grass which sounds like something you would feed to cows.
