ive read it. a lot of good info, goes through the concepts behind the diet and breaks it down into different situational meal plans as well. also goes through different cutting strategies. definitely worth picking up.

97 pages all told, but a lot of that is going to be filler, i.e. author bios, basic introduction about people dying from cutting weight stupidly. once it gets into the diets, "superfoods", and cutting strategies is pure gold.
