I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out which company to go with in terms of a brand for a basic one a day multi-vitamin and a one a day Omega 3 fish oil one.

I wanna start adding that to a better overall diet.

Do people have any suggestions in terms of a solid brand I can just buy and not worry about.

there aren't really any one-a-day fish oil pills. you "could" take them once a day, but i've never seen any that specifically say that. most people take 1-3 pills with each meal. or 3 with breakfast, and 3 with dinner. something like that. what's the problem you can't do that too?

As far as multivitamins go, I would recommend GNC Sport. If I go a day without taking it, I can tell the difference.

EAS multi-vitamin and Friggs Omega-3 is the best I've come across!

I like the brand that you buy at Costco. It's fairly cheap, and it's good quality.
