Around here, organic pork has to be fed with organic food to be called "organic", so they're still fed with corn and other cereals, so they are not as loaded with good nutrients as wild boars obviously.
They are not raised in concentration camps though, so it might be slightly better for our health, but the main goal of organic farming is not health, it's cruelty agaisnt animals and respect of nature ( no pesticides, etc ).
There are also organic farmers around here who bring the pigs to the mountains so they can eat natural food, roots, chestnuts, not only cereals. It's not that expensive if you buy it directly at the farm, of course when it reaches the big cities, it's a rare produce so everybody takes a huge margin, and it becomes unafordable.
