Eat CLEAN with a moderately high calories and high protein. Lift to gain mass, and do aerobic exercise at a mderate pace for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Essentially you'll be burning fat via exercise instead of calorie restriction. Track your bodyfat, not your weight.
