Fully Cooked Tyson Chicken

How bad are these for me? I do not have too much time to cook so these save a lot of time, but as far as all the preservatives go and the quality of the chicken used, are these a good alternative to cooking my own foster farms chicken breasts?

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts with rib meat, water, seasoning [dextrose, gum arabic, soy sauce {wheat, soybeans, salt}, natural flavors (with smoke flavor), maltodextrin, yeast extract, garlic powder, onion powder, polysorbate 80, caramel color], and sodium phosphates.

I used to take a day to cook everything, then seperate them into single serving containers and freeze them. Saves time and you don't have to eat crap. Not saying this is crap...I have no idea, but I would think the fresh stuff is better for you.

High in sodium and also higher in fat than if you bought fresh or even frozen "fresh". Maybe have a bag on hand when you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't make a habit of it.
