fruit juice???
Hey.
I know fruit juice is typically bad, very high in sugar, no real nutritional benefits. But I also hear that its best to consume creatine and glutamine with a fruit juice...now some days I take glutamine or creatine 4-5 times in a day...and that means 4-5 glasses of fruit juice.
Would it be better to take the creatine and glutamine with a healther drink, like water or milk? Or is it more beneficial overall to take creatine and glutamine with juice?
