Fitcast: A Weekly Nutritional Podcast

http://thefitcast.com/
Check it out. It's like NPR but it's a nutritional radio newsletter. One host is John K. Williams who many of you know as Beradi's colleague and co-author of Gourmet Nutrition (I must admit I'm still getting used to the idea of getting so much of my nutrition info from an anthropologist, but he clearly knows his shit).

Good find. The link to the article on doing soft tissue work was good as well. There were a few excersizes with a tennis ball that I had not seen before.
