Is this a healthy gain diet, plz help

hey im new here this is my first post, i love mma and will be an active member of this forum.

Ok im 21 5'7 135 and have been skinny as hell my whole life. My dad is skinny and so was his dad so I attribute it to genetics. About 5 months ago I finally commited myself to a wieght gain routine. 4 months ago I weighed 115 pounds so ive packed on 20 pounds of muscle and am continuing to see signifcant progress. I am more motivated then ever, I have tried to gain weight several times before but have always failed because I never really understood certain things. One thing I never really understood was that less is more when you exersize for weight gain. I sit on my ass as much as possible and work out only 4 times a week 30 mins each work out. Since im currently unemployed and recieving severence checks from being laid off I have tons of time and money, I have made myself a nice home gym and can afford to feed myself good.
Now I get it and am getting results, my concern is my diet. I am VERY VERY picky,
I drink ALOT of milk and juice and only drink water during work outs, or for just a quick thirst quencher. Since I drink so much liquid cals you dont wanna know how frequent I use the bathroom, but im home all day so its not that bad. I feel like I might be drinking too much liquid but I get full kinda quick when I eat solids, and would really struggle to make up for the lost calories if I cut down on the liquids even a lil. The solids I do eat are very simple and things a picky eater would eat, like burgers or plain fried rice and ribs or chiken and fries

here is a sample of my diet when im home all day.

breakfast 10-11 am
12 ounce juice
bacon egg and cheese or sausage egg and cheese in a roll
1 fruit
8 oz glass of milk

meal2 1-2 pm
serving of musle milk powder (mixed with about 19 ounces of milk)
1 fruit
spoon of flaxseed

lunch 3-4pm
chefboyardee 1 big can
1 slice of bread
1 fruit
12 ounce juice
8 oz glass of milk

meal4 5-6 pm
serving muscle milk powder (mixed with about 19 ounces of milk)
flaxseed

Dinner 7-8 pm
I usually eat a diffrent dinner everyday, but always eat some sort of meat along with a good portion of carbs
12 ounce juice and 8 ounce milk

meal6 10-11 pm
can of cheffboyaredee or tuna fish
8 ounce glass of milk

bedtime
muscle milk powder (mixed with about 12 ounces of milk)

I just basically wanted some input on my diet and rouitne, should I be eating more complex solids and drinkings less liquids. Are there health issues from drinking so much milk? Any input would be appreciated.

your not eating enough.

axe the chef boyardee, make whole wheat pasta and replace the miniscule amount of meat in there with a 6 oz steak

Is it proper? No. Is it extremely caloric deficient? No

NO veggies???? Come on man. You asked if your diet is healthy, and obviously the answer is no without them. And don't go thinking "vegetables are for girls", read the FAQ and realize that they're just as important for gaining muscle as your protein supps...probably more so. A body well supplied with vitamins does a much better job at pretty much everything, including growth.

So work in those veggies into every meal you can, and to be safe add a multivitamin, since I assume you're a kid and probably won't eat as much vegetables as you should no matter what I say.

I agree that veggies are important and good for overall health but... your statement isnt 100% true. You can gain mass just fine with just heavy protein/carbs. With that said, his diet is kinda crappy. Stop eating processed shit from a can and grill up a steak.

Well I'm not saying it's impossible, the body can adjust somewhat to many different diets...but I guarantee someone who's getting significantly more essential vitamins will see better results, even if only because they'll feel better, and thus train harder and more often.

thas why I made this post because I know my diet is crap, but I have gained 20 pounds that I never could before. Call me a kid or whateva but I cant stand veggies besides carrots, lettuce and celary. Is there an alternative and a way around eating veggies that is just as healthy? My current diet is working preety good, Im getting the results and the complements from my friends to go along with it. 115 to 135 is a preety noticable change, even if I am doing it on pure junk I still must be doing something right.

Eating nasty veggies like brocoli or peas is never going to happen with me, I need an alternative that can provide the same nutirional value. I would continue my diet the way it is now but im scarred I can get sick from all the cholestrol and bad fat.
You guys are acting like I will never get results off the crap I eat and thats not true, im getting solid results im just scared of long term health risk.
