I've worked out at various different times through out the day, but I have found out the best time for me to do cardio is when I hit the gym before I eat in the morning. It seems like I feel a lot better compared to when I work out at other times during the day.

I like the idea of rating the benefits to the risks, but it still gonna be different for every person. Ive been trying out different methods lately, mostly out of boredom.
