off the top of my head thats all i can think of that sells prime, aged beef on the menu. But you can get Prime beef cuts from Publix.. or Sweetbay grocery stores

Up north you guys have Krogers and Ingles.. and im not sure about those places.

A steak should be made from fresh meat, not frozen, it should be cooked only over a flame and I don't agree with marinating a streak, the most i will do is add either a peppercorn topping or Montreal steak spice when it is finished.

^^qft, if it has to be marinated, it was probably a low-quality piece of shit beef to begin with

if you cook it in your oven on a grid, with a receptacle underneath to collect the juices, low temperature, it takes time but you can't go wrong, it's much more tastier than fried in a pan

( you can also do it at high temprature it will be quicker but also chewy if it's a lean cut )

Not true at all - just cant only cook in a pan.

Im telling you - give the Pan Seared oven cooked method a try.. You will never go back

I never marinate meat unless it is low quality cuts - even then im not a big fan of it.

I like meat to taste like meat.. salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Or like other have suggested Montreal Steak Rub
