Is there any energy suppliments out there to give you a great boost of energy? I was thinking about mixing Thermogain with Noxplode before a fight for extra energy. Do you think that would be an over kill? what about no doz and gateraid?

Personaly I try to stay away from energy drinks/pills - I just feel that using it so much one will become dependent and plus my friends who use some of that shit after an hour or two they come down pretty hard.

But PLEASE don't take anything for the first time before a fight. You've got to get used to it and take it before training sessions. It will really screw you up if you take it for the first time before a fight.

I remember the guy who talked about how he took LSD than he lost like 4kg in one night just from sweating and going hard on the dance floor and asked if he should use it day to day for weight loss.
