I do not really agree with cutting out all dairy and grains like oats. I dont think its necessary to cut good carbs and dairy if they are quality sources and clean foods.
Anything eaten in excess can be bad, moderation is key

I am more of a calorie in vs calorie out guy and like a well balanced diet.

I like the sherdog 7 habits/rules better in my opinion

I generally agree apart from the dairy part, which I thinks ok in moderation. I don't know how I'd live without cheese.

I was wondering about the dairy part to does it really cause inflammation that bad?

intense, but i am gunna give it a go. Sticking to it will be the hard part but if i feel better that'll be good. btw im 170cm (5'7') 80kg (176lb)

Randy Couture's diet is very similar to this article so I guess the guy knows a few things we do not.
