What kind of creatine?

Is everyone using these days. The normal Monohydrate always seems to give me GI problems. TrueProtein has several different kinds listed. I remember Creatine Ethyl Ester being the fad for a while. Anyone that can explain all the differences?

Creatine Monohydrate
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL
Creatine Gluconate
DiCreatine Malate

Did you read the creatine post in the FAQ? No, I didn't think so.

I did read it. There was scientific evidence, but not as much anecdotal. I also didn't see anything about Creatine Gluconate. Apologize for the redundancy.

Which Kind Should I Use?

There are different “types” of creatine on the market with rather fantastic claims about each of them. In spite of these claims, creatine monohydrate is the only creatine worth considering.
