ok i know that kinda sounds weird but while i was in the gym yesterday a guy who was also lifting that day told me that if im to run before/after my workout id lose muscle growth. i want to know your opinions and ask a few questions and see if you can help me out with my training exercises
right now im about 178lbs. before i even joined a gym (october 2007 to be specific) and i've gone up to 155lbs. pretty much my first question is:
How can i lose the fat i got (i still have somewhat of a gut) and still build muscle?. i eat right, i take ce2 along with whey protein shakes (2 a day along with high protein meals). i usually have a shake with creatine and nitric oxide a glutamine 30 minutes before my workout and a shake (with a high carb drink, a healthy one) immediatly after. and heres my final 2 questions
1. will running and cardio training deplete my muscle gains?
and if yes
2. how can i lose my body fat while maintaining my muscle growth.
