I'm no expert but I think most here would tell you that:

1. it's not recommended to lift every day in any case, rest days are important. Lifting 3-4x per week is optimal for many people.

2. protein powder is just another source of food, not a supplement - albeit a processed source. The more protein you can get from whole food sources the less protein powder you will need.

3. creatine monohydrate is a very good supplement and 5g a day is useful for most strength and combat athletes.

It appears more that his keys are sticking. It's specific letters that are missing. Chill on it.

Take protein shakes when you haven't/aren't going to get enough protein from real foods. How do you know how much protein you need? Read the faqs, generally .9-1.5g per lb of LBM is recommended.

Creatine Mono, everyday. It works on saturation, keep your levels up to receive benefits. Why Mono, nad how much? Read the faq.

I think the S&P faq and the Cond faq will give you some pointers and clear some things up for you too.

This thread shows a serious lack of FAQ reading.
