Ok i wanted to start involving yogurt into my diet although i went completley paleo i dont think i want yogurt out of the equation. But if i have to reintroduce something that goes against the diet i want to make sure i keep it to one or 2 brands of plain white yogurt. I am having a hard time making a decision.
I love Astro's Balkan style yogurt. i want to eat it in the mornings with fruit in honey.
