Deli lunch meat

As we all know, packaged lunch meat is bad for everyone. I know this has been talked about a little bit before, but can't seem to find a general consensus. Is deli meat bad for you? Meaning, something like turkey breast or ham that is sliced for you from the deli?

Deli meat is basically the left over processed meat.

It's filled with preservatives... such as nitrus.... usually very high in sodium content.

I see no harm in having it once in awhile...just don't make it an everyday thing.

If you're getting it from a deli... ask them what's in it and if they have an alternative with less preservatives.... most shops will carry fresh stuff and packaged stuff.
