I'm pretty new to working out and using supplements and such and I'm almost finished my tub of cellmass and wondering if I should buy another or wait. Just curious about what your opinions are and how you have cylced your cellmass or other creatines.
The debate rages on. I tend to cycle off for three to four weeks before starting a new tub. I don't know how necessary it is to do so, but it certainly can't hurt to reacclimate your body to a baseliine.
