Whats happenin, just gave in and bought some Whey protein powder (vanilla flavored) and Im wondering what yall mix it with? I been drinkin it with milk, nonfat and regular milk, and that shit is pretty diguisting. I mixed it with some oatmeal and that shit is even worse. Its horrible yo its like fear factor tryin to eat that garbage. So wsup?

Shakes are a style of life, if you don't like it thought. YOU WILL NOT FIND A GOOD PROTEIN SHAKE (with the exception of Muscle Milk Cookies and Cream.. yummmy)

And you will NOT find a good Vanilla Flavored (except the Muscle Milk Creamy Vanilla) But that shit gets expensive..

Best thing to do is put less water, down the bitch and chase it with some water. If it helps, plug your nose

The Vanilla Whey that I buy from costco tastes fine. Have no problems drinking it by mixing cold water or rice milk with it.

ha man it aint that serious i can drink the powder with milk its all good... just tryin to get some ideas for different drink mixes. Next time ill pick up a different flavor, I love vanilla but damn theres gotta be somethin better .
