Cycling CEE?

Do I cycle CEE like I would regular Creatine mono? Or could I take it continuously for an indefinite period of time.

I know there's still controversy over whether or not to cycle creatine period.

You do not need to do it period. There have been a couple threads about it, there was also a write-up about it in one of the last Physical's (magazine) i got.

I think the controversy has ended except in the mouthpieces of the creatine retailers; cycling and loading are unnecessary.
