Critique my diet plan

I'll admit I'm not the greatest when it comes to nutrition, but I'd like to change that. I have enough knowledge about nutrition (I think...I'm here anyways), but I have a hard time staying away from junk food. Soon I'll be a poor university student buying his own food, and I feel this will actually benefit my diet. I'll be able to keep my fridge clean, and won't have the money to buy shitty food.

Anyways, I put together a meal plan, and was hoping someone could look it over and make suggestions. Thanks.

Meal 1:
-Breakfast shake
----Protein powder
----Cottage cheese
----Banana
----Spinach
----Oats
-Multi vitamin?

Meal 2:
-PB sandwich (natural with WW bread)
-Milk
-Fruit

Meal 3:
-Left Overs (last nights meal 5)

Meal 4:
-Eggs or Canned Tuna
-Veggies

Meal 5:
-Dinner (Meat + Vegetable + Carb)

Meal 6:
-Plain Yogurt
-Berries
-Nuts
-Fish Oils
-Glucosamine+Chondroitin

Optional Meal (only on workout days(immediately after workout)):
-Protein shake
----Protein powder
----Gatorade powder

Plug it into fitday.com and evaluate your results.

Are you trying to lose weight, gain weight, or just eat healthy?

Gain weight while getting leaner or at least maintaining fat. I know people say it's impossible, but I don't think so. Last year I put on about 25 lbs, some of it being fat. This year I'm aiming for more like 10 lbs, so I think I should be able to stay fairly lean.

I'll try fitday out. I'm not exactly sure how big any of the portions will be, but it should give me an idea of where my calories are coming from.

I don't plan on counting calories. I'll just increase/decrease the size of my meals depending on how my weight is changing.

EDIT: I put a question mark after the multivitamin, because I'm not sure if I should be taking one. Am I getting all of the vitamins/minerals I need from my foods? Any suggestions on a brand of multi?

Because it's good for you? I wouldn't mind avoiding it, if it isn't helpful.

I've tried broccoli before, but I had to add applesauce to hide the taste...I'll figure something out.

EDIT: carrots taste pretty good in juice, maybe those will work.

Multi-vitamins and a few brand suggestions are covered in the FAQ.

Spinach is always helpful.

Don't listen to a word Mongrelly says. I have seen worse diets, but it's not all that bad man.

I think you should take a multi vitamin or a greens supplement or both.
