I was responding to Nodecaf because I didn't know if he knew who Devil was. From that post his reasoning is the calming effect (takes the edge of his stimulants) and the anti cramping. As for actual science, you would have to ask him. I'll post the question in his log.

Enteric Coated aspirin gets absorbed in the small intestine not the stomach...that's why it's easier on the stomach and the associated problems. However it's not necessary. If you're trying to drop weight/bf then it may help a little. For prolonging stimulant effects it's not necessary as you're most likely not going to be training for more than 2-3 hours in any case.

Like third pasted from my log i just noticed positive effects when I used it in my stack with reduced muscle cramping and more relaxed feeling(including the heart) even when i was taking 400mg caffeine+pseudo-e......no scientific proof that I can think off...so sorry to disappoint you mike...I know you're big on that...haha...again the magnesium is not necessary for the stack...you can use trial and error to see if it helps you or not...I also like B-vitamins(complex) in this stack as well ...

I've also had some success with a b complex before working out. I am very sensitive to caffeine so I am hesitant to take it (and other stimulants), but I have tried a b complex pillbefore working out and have felt a bit more focused than usual. This is anecdotal and I have only tried it a few times, but I will post more when I have tried it a few more times under varying conditions to make sure it is the b complex and not just that I am taking it on days that I am already fresh..
