Coenzyme Q10

heres a supplement I don't hear to much about here on the forums.
The reason I bring this up is that my mom has recently started takeing it and has noticed dramatic effects.

My mom has always had bad circulation with visual symptoms. Feet that are icy cold ALL the time(and I mean all the time, 20+C outside and there still cold), pale skin and lips that turn blue. My mom never told anyone she was on takeing this but in a matter of.. 1-2 weeks she was getting comments from people she knows or would randomly come in contact with(she works with the public) and they were all saying the same thing. You looks so good. What have you been doing. She now has colour, Her feet are warm, so much so that now my mom complains about them and her lips dont turn blue. Hearing these results got me very interested in it.

Looked it up. Coq10 helps with ATP production and is a antioxident. What I can't seem to find is how does it increase blood circulation. Is it just a side effect for those with low coq10 in that it has some effect on the heart? Or is more going on here?

The clinical studys I found have been somewhat lacking in the sense they were really small. I found no study that showed a increase in energy or the ability to workout longer which surprised me since coq10 helps with ATP production. It seems to me that it benifits, greatly, people with low coq10 counts and doesnt help those with normal counts. Perhaps its because of some other limiting factor? It would be interesting to find out, if thats the case ,what are these other limiting factors. There could be some greater benifit with this stuff then what we currently know.

Im hopeing someone could add to this. I also hope this may help someone with the same problem my mom has/had.
