If he thinks so highly of fish oil, why wouldn't he go to a diet heavy on fish and supplement w/ liquid oil rather than caps? Seems like that would be easier and cheaper.

Overall, though, I thought article was well done and interesting. I like most of his stuff. I may experiment with low carb PWO myself.

I tried the exact shake he recomends in the article after lifting yesturday: 2 scoops isoflex, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 table spoond organic cocoa.

tastes amazing, recovery seems to be good aswell

Interesting article ive got 9 weeks off before the september term starts and im teaching so got some time to play around with stuff.

Trying work out a good ratio for someone who does mainly strength training and some GPP.

Yeah, that would suck, but he's doing 5 caps of 400/200 x5 a day. Later in the comments he states his maintenance goal is 7g.

how much does robb wolf weighs? At high fish oil doses I get increased bruising in bjj.
