Can the body reject food?

In early 2008 I made the decision to get back into shape and eat better. I cut way back on bad fats and fried foods and started drinking lots more water, etc, etc. However, like most people I have moments of weakness and grab a burger and fries or something similar on occasion. I've noticed that when I eat things that I haven't eaten in quite some time, maybe a month or longer, I always feel like crap afterwards and usually have to take a crap soon after.

Is my body kind of rejecting the bad foods/ingredients that I've tried to cut out and therefore haven't been eating lately. Thanks

This happens to me too.

Once your body gets use to real food it does not want to go back to crap.

Depending on how long your off of food some people can get sick when they go back to greesy food or meat.

I don't think its your body rejecting it like it would an organ or something of the sort, its just that you might night be use to the heavyness in you or the fat going through your organs, sorta like how people who take that allied tend to lose controll of their body functions, the oils and fats slip through their body and come right out without being digested.

Same here. Bad foods just kick my ass. I wake up the next day having to take a monster shit. I only cheat probably once maybe twice a week (Usually Saturday) but not going overboard or eating super shitty foods.

*Story 1*
I haven't eaten a Wendy's burger for years. Some guy brings one into work and I get a whiff of it. It smelled literally like bad body odor. I was getting sick just smelling it. I told the guy how bad it smelled and asked him not to eat that crap anymore. He just laughed and kept on eating. He's a fat slob with chronic back pain BTW.

The end

*Story 2*
I like radishes. I cut them up and put them in my salad with apple cider vinegar. One time after I was done taking a #2 I looked in the toilet (cause I like to inspect my work) and there was undigested chunks of radishes. The body rejects radishes.

The end

Wendy's doesn't smell like BO because your body is used to clean, healthy eating - it just smells like BO. BBO. I hate when people bring that stuff on the bus or in the theatre.

Yes

Lots of people feel really sick after eating shelfish, mainly because of water pollution. I got horribly sick once after eating lobster and ending up throwing up a bunch of times.

And there are lots of stories where people eat a really pure diet of natural and organic food and then get sick when they eat "regular" food with chemicals in it and what not.

Stallone said it best, he eats a hot dog or something once and a while so he doesn't go into convultion if he were to ever stop by a McDonalds or something, something like that.
