Calorie Question
Is there a way to tell how many calories you are burning when you train or are doing anything else? On a side not I jammed my finger training today, is there any way to fix it? Its really becoming an inconvience.

I'm pretty sure they have pedometers for sale out there somewhere, works like a bicycle speedometer / odometer. They Bike takes the mileage you've gone while calculating your average speed.(also shows current speed) It then takes these 2 and calculates that into spent calories.
As for the jammed finger, ice it and stretch it.

There are alot of online resources that take estimates at how many you burn, they are good for generalization, but such things as intensity, body composition etc. have to be taken into consideration to find how many calories you are burning and most of these resources only use body weight.

Ttt. What I'm bascily asking is if I need to change my caloric intake to continue to loose fat. When I weighed 170lbs lets say I needed 2000 calories a day to sustain that body weight, now that I weigh roughly 150 do I need to lower the amount of calories I take in per day to continue to loose fat? If you don't understand what I'm asking I'll try to rephrase.

You can either eat less calories or increase the amount you burn at a workout. I suggest the latter since it helps keep your ****bolism high. You could also try supplaments which modify your body chemistry, but why mess with your body that way if you don't have to?
