You could do a gren tea, without much caffeine in it. But you are young. Give the guerilla cardio and metcon workouts time and you will be as lean as you need to be at your age.

By ethnic he means, in a nutshell non white lol.

ProLabs' Cuts II is probably one of the only non-stimulant "fat burners" I've ever seen that seems to work for some odd reason. But your issues are pretty serious at your age, so be careful. Your endocrine system is still developing, and hormone damage is tough to reverse.

You should read up on the History of the Cherokee. The European Conquerers (I refuse to call them "settlers") specifically targeted the Cherokee for infiltration because of their electoral system of choosing Chiefs as opposed to blood inheritance. They did this in the form of missionaries, that's how they got the Cherokee out of Georgia via crazy ass Andrew Jackson leaning on John Ross, then Cherokee Chief.

There's a reason why there's so many white "Cherokee" in the US, every other person says "I have Cherokee blood" if you listen. Very few of them actually HAVE blood of the original Cherokee. But I digress, I'm a mix, a mutt. The little Native blood I do have is Seminole.

OK, I've been drinking alot of green tea (mainly with my breakfast). Guerilla cardio is tomorrow, very intimidated lol, should be fun.

Yeah, I was unsure if ethnic was referring to American Indian (don't know where I got that idea, lol) or some other race. I am some sort of odd mixed breed or something lol...I'm 1/6 Cherokee (I was wrong about 1/3), and have Irish/English/Scottish blood in me as well. So a mix of Cherokee indian and European conquerer, lol. I'll definitely read up on that, I love to read and haven't found any good history books lately.

I think I'll just avoid that fat burner, it's probably not worth the risk.
