bulk up diet plan?

hey guys im new here and new to Muay Thai i start my training on Tuesday and Thursday i also weight train for the other 3 days and do 1hour of cardio a day im 80.73kgs and im 6foot im looking at bulking up for the next 3months and then cut up abit could anyone help me with a diet plan? any information is greatly appreciated

Eat more calories than you expend in a day. Eat chicken, eggs, beef, milk, oats, sweet potatoes, broccoli and other veggies, some unsaturated fats like nuts and dressings.

Also do your squats.
