Some form of eggs (omellate, over-easy, sandwhich, scrambled, etc.) with spinach mixed in, maybe some feta in there, whole grain toast or english muffin, coffee, and an orange.

OK, why do you not take supplements on off days? Also, whey with meals is not a bad thing. Relying on whey is not a bad thing...

some of these suggestions sound real nice but I don't think I could manage it at 5 in the AM so I stick to oats or muesli and nibble some fruit and almonds as I walk to work

Do you have a blender? I think my blender gets used more than any other appliance in my kitchen other than my refrigerator. It makes things really easy.

no one said it was a bad thing. I personally try not take it with meals because, like i said, i rely on it too much and will sacrifice eating what plp call "real food". Also, based on what I've read and the trainers i've talked to, imo, it's always better to build a solid diet without the use of supps first. Then use supps to enhance what you already have (ie post workout nutrition). Plus whey is so damn expensive now! I used to go through 5lbs of Optimum whey a month, but i was broke, and also just taking too much damn whey. I cut it down to 2lbs per month, it's much more affordable, and i'm also forced to find protein alternatives in nature to fill the whey gap. Thus giving me welcome variety to my diet.

I have a blender but I also have a GF who appreciates not being woken up so early, I might have to look at cooking veg the night before and nibble cold in the morning, i'm lucky that I can eat anything despite taste so long as it is good for me

Is that all the Creatine Mono you take in a day? I do what the bottle says and take 1/2tsp (1.5g) 3x a day (after my first 3 meals) - does it even make a difference lol?

I just do oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder and a scoop of milled flaxseed with a cup of green tea or coffee and a side of a couple hard boiled eggs.
