Help with 7 Habits
I'm trying to implement the 7 habits into my life. I'm just having trouble with 3 more meals.
My plan is:
Breakfast:
Omlette: 2 omega-3 eggs and 2 servings of egg whites + peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese
or
Oatmeal: 1cup with blueberries and flax seed
Lunch:
Chicken and Spinach Salad
Dinner:
Fish and vegetable of some kind.
PWO:
Shake
That's only 4 meals though. I'm needing 2 more.
I'm thinking:
Fruit + Protein (Almonds and Pecans perhaps...even though that is fat)
Right now I'm trying to get my diet in check and since everyone here preaches the 7 habits, I figured I'd do it. I'm just needing help on more food.
