Help with 7 Habits

I'm trying to implement the 7 habits into my life. I'm just having trouble with 3 more meals.

My plan is:
Breakfast:
Omlette: 2 omega-3 eggs and 2 servings of egg whites + peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese
or
Oatmeal: 1cup with blueberries and flax seed

Lunch:
Chicken and Spinach Salad

Dinner:
Fish and vegetable of some kind.

PWO:
Shake

That's only 4 meals though. I'm needing 2 more.
I'm thinking:
Fruit + Protein (Almonds and Pecans perhaps...even though that is fat)

Right now I'm trying to get my diet in check and since everyone here preaches the 7 habits, I figured I'd do it. I'm just needing help on more food.

You can have both of those be shakes, although it'd probably be better to stick to one.

You need a red meat. Something lean.

Sirloin in low-carb marinade
Steamed broccoli and bell peppers or blended cauliflower (to imitate mashed potatoes) w/1 tsp smart balance and spices of your choice- to match the marinade in the steak.

Super Shake:
0.5-1 cup mixed berries
1 cup spinach
35g milk protein isolate
1 serving greens powder
Whatever else suits you after that

Shake might be a good option with full-time work and full-time school. Was trying to eat whole foods as much as possible.

The sirloin meal sounds good though. MMM

ive always wondered about this. the 5-7 meals a day, what constitutes a meal? just anything u eat? or a full meal? and if shakes count as meals?

A meal should have a protein and a veggie to be considered a meal. Shakes do count as a meal but what's in it is also important.
